Edit and delete with Leaflet.draw at same time

How do I disable Leaflet.draw delete button while I'm editing?
And viceversa, how to disable StyleEditor while I'm deleting with Leaflet.draw?

What I mean is that, if I click on the Leaflet.draw delete button, and I click on on the StyleEditor button (or viceversa), when I click on an object, it gets deleted but the StyleEditor sidebar also shows.

I know that users shouldn't do that, but I'd prefer to prevent them to even try.
