Add molecule clone() method

To update the merge command in mars-fx so that merged molecules are saved and a new copy is create for merging, we need to add a clone() method for molecule records. This way molecules could be cloned and the old unmerged molecules could be saved and tagged accordingly. Resolving this issue will help to resolve duderstadt-lab/mars-fx#79.
