Add option to prevent double mappings of spots to DNAs in DNA builder #30

Currently spots can be mapped to two different DNA molecules when building a DNA archive using the DNA archive building tool. Sometimes is desire but other times this might not be desired. We should add an option to allow users to decide which behavior they prefer.

Adding the log from the DNA finder command to the archive will be hard to do actually because the tools are executed independently to allow for usage in different combinations and manual editing of DNAs. So I am not sure how to add that, but it would be really helpful to know the setting used for DNA finding when looking at the resulting archive. I will think about what we could do and am open to suggestions.
