The Find Change Points command has inputs for molecule or metadata regions, so that KCP analysis only occurs in subregions. Currently, these are only available as TextFields in which you have to type the full region names. Instead it would be better to offer a ChoiceBox with all possible options that updates when you switch between molecule and metadata sources for regions.
This works now since my PR was merged into scijava-ui-swing, so that ChoiceBox updates actually happen (scijava/scijava-ui-swing#53).
