Enhance METviewer to aggregate and plot the statistics from the MCTS line type.

Describe the Enhancement

*Enhance METviewer and METcalcpy to updated the MCTC to MCTS aggregation logic. When aggregating multiple MCTC lines, the dimensions and the EC_VALUE would need to remain the same.
This is the list of statistics:
ACC, HK, HSS, and GER.
ACC - the percent of counts on the diagonal)
