Have pages in top nav bar generated from collection #4

Use the pages in the top nav bar generated from the site.pages collection of things using the "page" layout. This will let people adjust the order, add/remove pages, etc without editing html or layouts.

Also need to generate the breadcrumbs when doing this too.

Contact Us page is missing the top nav link to Calendar.
