Listen for keyboard input.

Keys:

arrow keys/wasd
pause button?
mute button?

Don't know if pause is normally added, but would be good for testing. Same with mute.

Reset is one that is in stepmania I believe and end song.

Is the idea here an exact port or is ddr-js inspired by stepmania?
