Create an admin Dashboard

On the admin dashboard display the :-
1.Total number of vendors
2.Total Users
3.All Categories
4.And all services
Choose a template matching to the overall design of sahaayak and implement the same

@harsh-jindal On the admin panel sidebar, initially dashboard and categories are there.
I'll make more links in the admin sidebar for modifying the users, services, categories, etc separately in there respective components.
