I assume the resumes will be in pdf or doc formats, and we can setup some simple downloadable thing for it. Perhaps using Amazon s3 or open source alternatives like like minio

The gemfile has https://github.com/janko/image_processing commented out which can be used with ActiveStorage. This has good support for s3 and azure which look viable.
