The Drupal Style Guide has idioms and requirements on tone, composition, titles, headings, etc.
As the Organizer Packet will eventually be a piece of Drupal Documentation, we should try and match Documentation Standards to be in-sync with the greater community.
Note - The Style Guide and Documentation sources are for documentation posted on drupal.org for Community Contributions, not necessarily for handouts, as best as I can tell.
In contrast, the Online documentation structure document is a great resource (as we are currently publishing on GitBook), but requires knowledge of AsciiDoc to truly exploit to its fullest potential.
