Include resources specifically for camp organizers and organize the links better.

@drnikki Do you think we should simply drop the Resources page altogether and add a Resources section at the end of each Chapter.

Alternatively, I can simply make the page an aggregation of Resources included throughout the chapters and we can then duplicate the content between both places.

e.g.:

Resources

Diversity Goal Resources

Code of Conduct Resources (including enforcement)

Common Exclusion Pitfalls

etc.

I like the idea of having Resources at the end of every chapter! That's where I'd be most likely to look for them.

Perhaps, as we are writing a book, we should consider taking the Official approach and require APA style citations?

This would actually help support the cause as it would be less "we think" and more "experts agree".

@cleverington @sugaroverflow I'm also into the idea of having it at the end of every chapter and aggregating on a page (if we even choose to do that).

I think it's a great idea to have a citation style, but we can always go back and clean up citations at the end - don't want anyone to be put off from contributing by not being APA-comfortable.
