Numerous issues in types, return in GPR.c #47

Issues include:

  • Incompatible function pointer types
  • void function returns a value
  • call to undeclared functions

Ultimately this will need cleaning up to be made functional. If that's not going to happen on a shorter timescale I'd suggest removing GPR.c from the file list in libLanlGeoMag/Makefile.amso that strict compilers won't have trouble.
