Adoption by Drupal & i18n considerations

This code is being considered for adoption in Drupal 8: https://drupal.org/node/1497290

There are concerns though about how English focused the dictionaries are.

It would also be good if the lists of strings could be updated regularly.

I assume too that there is support for all UTF8 characters.

I have found a few non-English dictionaries, but I'm not sure of their age or usefulness (being American, little chance to test).

The Chinese dictionaries I've found are all small which is somewhat frustrating. Also, I'm not finding constructed language dictionaries (loglan, lojban, Esperanto).
