as i undrestand sailfish devices also use stock android kernels, and libhybris.

so is there a simplified procedure, by which it would be possible to flush droidian rootfs and use it with sony kernel?

But neither sailfish nor droidian can be used with stock android kernel. Well, you can say it's stock kernel + some extra configs option enabled+ some patches if needed. There is porting guide, you can read it for better understanding.
