I assumed it wasn't 100% integrated because I get warning messages for these devices in Homebridge (legacy code warning / XY gamut).

Similarly, I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but in the DeconZ GUI it doesn't say "DDF" on the top right for these devices.

Nope, you are right, this device don't have DDF, but most of bulbs are working natively.
If you can share the auto generated DDF (in the editor, after selecting node / Edit DDF, preview, a copy/paste, but not possible on all OS), I think it's just 3/4 lines to edit, less work for the devs that know this problem, as for me 95% of the DDF is native.
