Error When processing in CiviCRM 5.3.1 & 5.4

I have two sites getting the following error when processing since upgrading CiviCRM. One site is under version 5.3.1 and the other is under version 5.4.0.

The error is as follows and appears on both back end submissions and front end forms.

Stripe.js token was not passed! Report this message to the site administrator.

@KilakwaBT Have you tried my 5.x fork here: https://github.com/mattwire/com.drastikbydesign.stripe Not had any reports of problems and I'm using it successfully on a number of 5.3.x sites.

Is there an issue tracking what's needed to merge this 5.x fork into the official project?

@laryn It's not as simple as just merging as so much has now changed. I've reached out to @drastik to see what we can do.
