Add ECO terms automatically

Evidence and Conclusion Ontology (ECO) terms are important as supportive reaction information. Leonidou et al.[1] describes a way to add ECO terms.

Adding the lowest ECO term (ECO:0000001) can be easily added to every reaction without GPR. For all other reactions UniProt has to be used. If other databases are possible needs to be investigated first.

• Add ECO terms to all reactions without GPRs
• Add same ECO terms to reactions in initial draft?
• Add ECO terms when gapfilling?
  -> Is there any data in KEGG/BioCyc?
  -> Assign overall term for the automatically added reactions?

-> Do we need ECO terms for more entities than reactions?
