As currently implemented, Venn diagrams are suitable for visually comparing identifier overlaps in the fields Pathways, Metabolites and Reactions of a model. However, an UpSet plot might be more feasible for more than four models.

Packages for Python also exist: https://upset.app/implementations/#python-libraries
Also, adding a possibility for the user to specify a colour list for the Venn diagrams would be great.
(Maybe this could also be added for the bar charts/statistics charts. 🤔)
