implement recursive project scanning

currently nmu project will give information about all runs in top level folder, however ideally, it should be flexible enough to scan subfolder as well, in case a larger project has runs organized in nested folder.

This will be tricky, however, as don't want to be picking up mod files in est/sim folders, instead just want to pick up run folders themselves. Probably will do an exclusion search of est folders
