Allow for running 'unlocked' without launching the agent

I was attempting to use rbw unlocked in a direnv .envrc file to determine whether some environment changes could be loaded. Unfortunately, because calling unlocked launches the agent, direnv will hang indefinitely. Would it be possible to have a flag to disabling agent launch on the unlocked check?

Would checking if its running first work?

pidof -q rbw-agent && rbw unlocked

That’s what I’ve done for now. It does seem odd to me that it launches the agent at all.
