SDK installer with the suffix cm.2-aarch64.rpm is missing in .NET 10 Preview1, eg .NET 10.0.100-preview.1.25103.13

I'm pretty sure this is a result of the following change made by @jkoritzinsky - dotnet/arcade#15488

That shouldn't have flowed into Preview 1, only into main. @ChenhuiYuan01 is there a file with the .azl.rpm extension?

Old cm.1 and cm.2 packages were removed. New package has .azl.rpm extension. All those packages are just copies of the regular .rpm package.

Perhaps this is in main with P1 versioning, if it wasn't updated to P2 yet. @ChenhuiYuan01 for any issue with builds, to properly investigate, we need a link to the actual build.
