Feature Request: change "singingKeyProviders" in JwtPluginOptions to "signingKeyProviders"

The JWT plugin option "singingKeyProviders" is not intuitive.

I wish it was "signingKeyProviders"

Describe alternatives you've considered

I considered wrapping useJWT to change the option name, but that seems silly.

Additional context

It's not a bug. It works just fine. It's just not spelled the way I'd expect.
