having a draft and published state for articles similar to that offerend in the ssbits DataObjects-to-Pages module (for SS2.4) would be very handy.

Working on a project that implements that stuff at the moment (Not specifically using DOArticles) hopefully can apply some of the learnings from that later to improve the module. perhaps over the Xmas break unless I run away on holiday :)
