Error to Create or Extract USM file

I'm trying to create a USM file but I get a mysterious error and I can't create the USM file, the same thing happens when extracting. Thank you

Do you have ffprobe.exe in C:\Users\alexi\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python310\Scripts or in your PATH system variable? If not, you can download ffprobe.exe in ffmpeg's website
