Describe the solution you'd like

Hi, in v3 we had traffic usage graph per each peer, very useful to see how active the peer over last time(currently you can see only total traffic usage per peer) could you please do the same in v4:

This was planned in the did not released v3.1... Will have to push until v4.3 due to internal design issue.
