Can't see previously installed applications

As the title says I can't see what I've previously installed, I had the setting under Security and Privacy set to not remember, but still I think there should be an option to keep them while not remembering these on my system. I also have the suspicion that Eddy remembers the applications if you keep the .deb files? This is also inconvenient since I have to keep extra files just to remember what I've installed.
