Currently, users need to build it by themselves.

I made a quick debian directory which builds the package. If it is submitted into the Debian new package queue it could be mainlined. Files are dropped below.

Note: You might need to clone this specific repo and branch that the build works.

Is there a possibility to upload .deb builds with the releases on GitHub via a GitHub workflow?
