Say, you've run Eddy on your system when you only had a single monitor attached.
Then you add another monitor so you can get some of that sweet, portrait-mode display-on-the-side goodness.
Then you launch Eddy again.
But Eddy won't come out to play. His window is inaccessible because his prior session's coordinates put him in no-man's-land according to the new virtual-desktop coordinates that took effect when you added your extra monitor.
Eddy needs to do a sanity check on his window coordinates when he launches.
