As JFrog closed the bintray service last year, there should be another easy way to distribute this library as a maven/gradle dependency.

Yes, definitely. My plan is to publish to maven central.

But currently Dokany 2.x is not supported, anyway. I'm working on a new implementation, but struggle with gradle. Nonetheless, it will be published soon!

One option could be JitPack.
