Once I've got the Datasette plugin to a state where it's worth building a demo: #3

I can use data from my public https://github-to-sqlite.dogsheep.net/ demo plus the Pocket data subset I use for the demo in dogsheep/pocket-to-sqlite#5 - I could pull in the https://dogsheep-photos.dogsheep.net/ photos data too.
