Schema Tool create dropping tables in different schemas from default namespace?

We have an entity manager with a connection, and two schemas to switch databases.
I am trying to get the schema create tool to populate each database with tables, but when it reaches the entity using the second database, it notes that it isn't in the default schema namespace, so ignores it.

So the second database never populates.

Any suggestions on how I should be handling this?

Interestingly, if I comment out that drop table unset command, then the insert does work! With the caveat being that the schema name for my entity is actually the database name and not the actual schema name:

Am I actually asking for a feature request? It looks like this isn't currently possible?!
