Original report by Zack Lovatt (Bitbucket: zlovatt, GitHub: zlovatt).

Input:

var root = "\\server\path";
var folder = "foo";
var result = aeq.file.joinPath(root, folder);

Desired output: "\\server\path\foo"

Actual output: "\server\path\foo"

Note: node.path.join() handles this properly
