WebhookTestAction is not displayed #21

Hello,

I've setup successfully your app on my laravel 11 nova 4 app using my PR #20 but I still have a little issue.
WebhookTestAction is not displayed

Note that I'm using digital-creative/icon-action-toolbar
Probably the issue is related to this. Can you take a look ?

I can confirm that the issue is due to digital-creative/icon-action-toolbar package
dcasia/icon-action-toolbar#19

Hope that will fix it soon
