I had installed Parliament2 docker version in centos7 (centos-release-7-8.2003.0.el7.centos.x86_64) local machine to GermlineSV calling.
Could you give me an answer to bellow questions:
How many inputs can be given for a single run. what is the maximum input can be used for running Parliament in a single run?
If suppose I have to identify structural variation for >100 samples in a single stretch, how should I run. can I mention the input file as *.bam? How to run multiple samples in one go ?
please guide me on how to run multiple samples in Parliament2.
Thanks.
