Impact of the new feature
WM microservices new generation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are libraries relying on project templates that can help us automating the creation of brand new python projects.
The https://github.com/cookiecutter/cookiecutter library is one of those and it supports several special templates, including a Flask template for Python 3.8+, as seen in https://github.com/cookiecutter-flask/cookiecutter-flask

Describe the solution you'd like
Investigate these libraries - and if needed other such libraries - and see how feasible it would be to adopt these tools for bootstrapping the upcoming next generation of microservices.

Some questions to be answered are:

  • how flexible are the templates?
  • what can be achieved with them?
  • do they suit our needs for WM microservices?
  • are there templates for CI/CD pipelines?
  • etc

Describe alternatives you've considered
None

Additional context
None
