Web Bitcoin wallet using bitcore

There are quite a few features that will be created once the Bitcoin wallet has been included. The wallet will be implemented using https://bitcore.io/. The features that a built in wallet will add are as follows:

• Full control over withdrawal, deposit, etc.
• Download the encrypted data from the server
• Purchase BTC using the Coinbase buy API using ACH/Credit/Debit (see also Tradebot: Coinbase buy API #54)

UI thoughts:
3 Elements on the main wallet screen; Wallet Balance, Add Funds & Withdraw Funds

• "Buy More" button => "Add Funds" button
• Move the "Request Tokens" functionality to its own modal, accessible via the "Add Funds" button
• Coinbase Buy Widget should go right next to it in the "Add Funds" modal
• Move the "Send Tokens" functionality to its own modal, accessible via a "Withdraw Funds" button on the main wallet screen
