Incorrect version available?!

Hi,

noticed that your example at http://diy.github.io/jquery-placeholder/ uses the version at https://github.com/johnhunter/jquery-placeholder but the available .js file still does note reflect those changes. In your version, the span is hidden after a click on the input field.

I think this project is not maintained any more. My suggestion is to use the version that works for you.
If you encounter any other issue, there are a couple of PRs by me and by jpb12 that might already fix it.
