Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, there is a PreMiD integration for DEL. Less than 50 people have used it in the span of half a decade according to PreMiD's website, and honestly, it's really unnecessary. There is a large amount of code and it has a significant number of translation strings.

Describe the solution you'd like

Simply just removing all PreMiD translation strings and references in its code.
