How to get rid of this awful pop up spam about Premium subscription ?

Hello,

I'm a long time user of Disconnect, about to quit.
Since the last upgrade, a few days ago maybe, every time I start my browser, I have an irritating pop up loading to ask me to pay for a premium version !

I though Disconnect was a free tool made to help people, not to force them to buy anything.
This recent behavior is far from what an user can expect from such a tool.

From now on, my Disconnect plugin is disable. Hope a fix will come soon to respect your users.
