mac install issue?

seem to be having the same issue that lio947 was having, but on mac. i'm guessing that someone with more coding fluency than me (mine is next to nothing) could adapt the new windows install instructions for mac, but i'm unsure where to start.

@princessdasha i actually just updated the install instructions. did you install the packages with python -m pip install... or pip3 install... ? if you did the former, try the new instructions.
