demucs fails on startup on Windows

Hey! I've tried every safety check in the installation process, but this keeps occuring and I can't figure anything out. I've also made demucs run as admin, but still have no idea what's up. Any help would be appreciated, thanks for your time!!

More on this; after consolidating to a WAV file and letting it work for a good minute or two, some new errors popped up (this is in the same instance, so ignore the old console messages.)
I also wanted to add that I'm on Max 8.1.11 and Ableton Live 11.0.11.
I noticed the "spleeterDone" message, but it seems nothing's in my demucs folder outside of the README and js files.

usually this means step 3 of the readme was not done correctly for some reason:

open windows environment variable editor and remove .JS; from PATHEXT follwing these instructions. on some systems you may need to restart for these changes to take effect.
