We need to go the Neuroimaging mailing lists, find the last 15 releases announcement, and add them as a blog posts.

we should be able to find all announcement in https://mail.python.org/pipermail/neuroimaging/

Here is an example for dipy 1.8.0 (no announcement for dipy 1.9.0): https://mail.python.org/pipermail/neuroimaging/2023-December/002631.html
