I am facing two types of error from here
1st is
img1 = sys.argv[1] Out of range
2nd if I just remove this and run a simple program I find the result totally same.

[PIXEL]: the two images are 0.00% different
[PIXEL]: the two images are 100.00% similar
Completed in 83.6809999943 seconds

These are two different Images which return this result totally confused
