drpcli agent is not documented

Running drpcli agent produces help output of:

  drpcli agent [operation] [flags]

None of the operations are documented. These should be documented so an operator understand the operation arguments that are available.

It can't really be documented like you expect. We do need documentation.

The drpcli agent call is actually trying to run the agent. This form is required for windows to operate correctly.

We should add some more.

drpcli agent --help gives more.

This bug should be to expand the Long field of the agentHandler with more usage. That will then have to cover all the options.
