Create store import config for koblenz

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Each project needs a store import config to be able to import stores via csv.
Since the store config for nuernberg and koblenz do not differ we can just use reuse the existing config from nuernberg.

Describe the solution you'd like

• move the store config from nuernberg to a common folder
• reuse the store config in the koblenz project config.
