Confirm support for svg display on VerifierPlus

Confirm support for svg display, this might be a browser issue. If the browser supports svg then the images will render for verified credentials and public links.

There's no example vc as it didn't work the last time we tried with SJCC. Here's a SJCC logo to test it with: https://www.sjcc.edu/_resources/images/sjcc-logo-2.svg
