modify fork to support react-native #1

replace jsonld-signatures dependency with @digitalcredentials/jsonld-signatures
- the two other dependencies might need looking at, but seem self-contained
- create a sha256digest-reactnative.js file with a react-native compatible version of sha256digest, following example here:
  - https://github.com/digitalbazaar/data-integrity/blob/main/lib/sha256digest-browser.js
    and here:
  - https://github.com/digitalcredentials/ed25519-verification-key-2020/blob/main/src/ed25519-reactnative.ts
    NOTE: the data-integrity sha256digest method takes a string whereas the ed25519-verification-key-2020 method takes a Uint8Array so might have to change the @stablelib/ed25519 implementation of sha256digest that is exported in https://github.com/digitalcredentials/ed25519-verification-key-2020/blob/main/src/ed25519-reactnative.ts to take a string that is then encoded with TextEncoder into bytes as is done here: https://github.com/digitalbazaar/data-integrity/blob/main/lib/sha256digest-browser.js
