How to get endpoints and decode data from body?

Hello, I'm trying to understand some backend of instagram so I can edit other private mobile private api app, however I don't know really how while creating this liblary the authors did found requests for specific stuff? For eaxmple how do we get request that send a message to specific thread? I can see some request going on on mitmrproxy but the body is encrypted. How I can decode it? Please any information will be useful for me. Thank you very much 🙏
