superuser hadoop is not allowed to drop table because parent dir is not writable by superuser

Hive do client permission check when dropping a table. But super user didn't match all of the hdfs unix bits of the parent table dir.Therefore superuser can't drop table. It doesn't make sense. Superuser should bypass the authorization.
