Often software developers are expected to also do the project management part of a software development projects without receiving proper training in project management. Furthermore, when developers try to establish certain workflows to manage a project (e.g. ways to collect and adjust requirements, work towards milestones, etc) they do not have the necessary authority for other team members to follow through. How can we change this?
This meetup topic might also lend itself well to be submitted as a panel for the next DH conference.
